My favourite for on the go snacks and for extra mum energy.
3Tbsp Cacao Powder (packed full of Antioxidants)
2 Cups Desiccated Coconut
1/2 Cup of Dried Prunes & Cranberries (or any dry fruit)
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter (If your local health food store has this on tap its much better and cheeper)
1/2 Cup of Smashed Almonds
1/2 Cup of Sunflower Seeds
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 Tbsp Honey or Rice malt syrup
- You can add about a scoop of protein powder or any vita mixes or powder vitamins
1. Blend all together except the honey/syrup in a food processor until mixture starts to form clumps.
2. Slowly blend in honey/syrup (just enough so it all sticks together.
3. Roll into balls and refrigerate (and hide)
Further more if you want to be a little decadent roll in raw Cacao or coconut
